You walk in through a private entrance into an open-concept living and dining area made for a group that actually wants to be together. The living room has plush seating and a Smart TV for cozy nights in. The dining table can seat the whole crew for dining in, or host a late-night puzzle marathon after fireworks.
The kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking (not just reheating leftovers) with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, cookware, and dishes for the whole crew. Pack park lunches in the morning or cook a proper dinner after a day relaxing by the pool, all without a single takeout run. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and come home with clean clothes.

You are a short drive from the parks and close to everything else that you'll never burn a vacation day on the road. Walt Disney World is about 8 miles away, Universal Orlando about 13, with SeaWorld, Disney Springs, Old Town Kissimmee, and Gatorland all a short drive. Orlando International Airport is roughly 18 miles out.
Between park days, Kissimmee Lakefront Park, Shingle Creek, and walkable Celebration give you calmer ways to spend an afternoon. Publix and everyday essentials are just a couple of miles away for an easy grocery run before park week.
